  19.     First you return the modem and buy one with Caller-ID support,
  20. then you use the command for that modem to turn on CID (usually #CID=1). 
  21. Unfortunatly the USR Sportster does NOT support Caller-ID detection.  The
  22. Sportster Vi and the Courier do, as do many modems from many other
  23. manufactuers.
